i'm jobless!
haha. was my last day yesterday. rather sudden. was supposed to leave next week, but cos we have high manpower but little terminals, so they asked if i wanted to leave earlier. which they meant on that day itself, so i said anything.
WHOO.
so i'm a free girl now.
many things are over.
the days of hanging with the rest of the temps&one contract staff during lunch (meizhen, clarissa, yiin ying, ruimin, quanhan, gabriel&sandra).
the days of waking up early in the morning &seeing the same familiar faces on the road&on the bus.
the days of complaining about the giganormous mountain of accounts to vet&open.
the days of photocopying eeyores&poohs and pasting them on desks as ransome notes.
the days of being sent to the citigold department to open accounts while sneakily munching on their bowls of mentos (the sweets, not the bowl).
the days of giving 'sexy hair' to mandy, vanda&clarissa.
the days of doing sudoku&mensa with vanda.
the days of banging on that stupid old&cranky microfilming machine &trying to remove the paper jammed inside.
the days of going down to the bank tellers to cash out cheques.
the days of running between the 2nd, 7th&10th floor just to transfer documents from one place to another.
the days of folding letters for jeslyn&ee wei.
the days of dealing with funny customers and cranky customers AND customers i do not understand due to language barriers.
the days of doing OT &having dinner in the office.
the days of squabbling with alan (bei zhuang!).
the days of buying milo dinosaur from the tehtarik shop.
the days of having our very own 'temps huddle'.
the days of trying to use name&date stamps and stamp on kokmeng&mandy.
the days of trying to think of what to eat.
the days of going to the pantry after lunch to get 10cent drinks.
the days of..
everything has come to an end, and i cant say i'm happy, and i can say i'm sad either. it's a give&take situation in all things.

i've finally gotten rid of the frogs! i shall remember to host my pictures from now on. =P

workload's been decreasing, thanks to the 3new temps which came in. and it's been pretty fun. so it's all good. due to the lack of terminals, i usually end up being sent down to the 7th floor at the citigold department where i get one whole room to myself&a bowl filled with mentos to munch on. =P i usually dont eat much though. one mustnt be too obvious when sneaking food into one's mouth. wahaha. we've been doing silly stuff at work, from drawing on balloons to photocopying stuffed eeyores&pooh bears before writing ransome notes and sticking them on people's tables. i was the boss for the day too! boss was on leave and we lacked terminals, so i took her table. (i told everyone they could have the rest of the day off, but being hardworking 'subordinates', they stayed in the office to work. *sniffs* i'm so proud of them!)
and. i met some irritating piss off countergirl at 7eleven while buying ribena stuff for alan which totally ruined that part of my day, but it got better after drawing on the balloon in the office. so yes. the workload sucks, but i love the people all the same. (:
anyway. i end work in like. 2weeks. after which, i have no idea what i'm going to do, but we'll see how things go when the time comes.
went to the ntu, nus&smu open house with ryan, yuan&deen. and chryz joined for the nus one. okay i guess. i still cant decide! =S bahh. decisions are taxing on the brain.
mini outing with char, ryan, jeremy&leonard. we went to minds cafe&played the most painful games ever. where i realized that i have extremely slow reactions &am extremely lousy at all kinds of board games. and. i think we spoiled the bell in one of the games cos we hit too hard. haha. eh. those who want a morale boost in playing games, please call me. you will find it wonderfully motivating to play with me. wahaha.
had thai express at plaza sing &ordered some 'drunken fire noodles' which totally killed me. thankgoodness ryan exchanged food with me. his face was totally red after that. =P jeremy had tom yam soup with chilli flakes&was given extra tissue for sweating like crazy. but it was fun all the same. (:
caught 'stomp the yard' after that. expected a 'you got served' copy, but it wasnt all that. didnt really like it, actually. owells. rather disappointing. maybe 300 or music&lyrics would have been better.
